About Us
Over more than 25 years, I’ve worked across the UK, Australia and New Zealand in high end print environments, delivering complex projects for global brands including Apple, Nestlé, BASF, British American Tobacco and Zespri.
My career began in the UK pressroom as a machine minder, learning the craft from the ground up. Starting on a Heidelberg 46 single colour press, I progressed through to operating the UK’s first 12 Colour Heidelberg Speedmaster, producing high quality commercial print for corporate clients where precision, consistency and attention to detail were essential.
After relocating to New Zealand and working in magazine production, I moved into production management, developing a deeper understanding of workflows, supplier coordination and project delivery. Over time, I discovered my real strength was working directly with clients, helping guide projects from concept through to completion in a way that balances creativity, functionality and real world production requirements.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked across a wide range of industries and print disciplines including custom labels, flexible packaging, cartons, illuminated signage, POS, large format and commercial print. This experience has given me a strong understanding of the unique challenges faced across FMCG, beverage, pharmaceutical, industrial, chemical, transport, retail and premium consumer markets.
A major focus over recent years has been working with beverage brands across Victoria, Tasmania and Western Australia, producing highly embellished wine, beer and spirit labels designed to stand out on shelf while still performing efficiently in production. These projects have included specialty finishes such as foiling, embossing, textured stocks, tactile varnishes and multilayer constructions, all requiring a high level of technical knowledge and attention to detail.
Throughout that journey, I’ve seen how fragmented and overcomplicated the print industry can be for businesses. Multiple suppliers, inconsistent outcomes, unclear communication and too much time spent trying to manage it all.
Having worked across every stage of the process, from hands on production through to sourcing, project management and client strategy, I knew there was a better way to do it.
That’s why INKT was created.
Today, I work with businesses across Western Australia and throughout Australia and New Zealand, simplifying the print and packaging process through one reliable point of contact. From strategy and sourcing through to production and delivery, everything is managed with care, backed by decades of experience and trusted supplier relationships.
It’s a more considered, more personal way of working. One built around clear communication, dependable outcomes and providing a fun customer experience along the way.
